Mawra Hocane is a Pakistani film and television actress who started her career as VJ. She has worked as a theater artist before working as a VJ at ARY Musik. She is most popular for her roles in Pakistani television serials like Aahista Aahista, Ik Tamanna Lahasil Si and Nikhar Gaye Gulab Sare. She made her debut in bollywood with the movie Sanam Teri Kasam opposite Harshvardhan Rane.

Biography

Mawra Hocane was born as Mawra Hussain on 28 September 1992 in Karachi, Pakistan. She has grown up in Islamabad and has completed her pre-medical education from Bahria College. Currently, she is studying L.L.B. at the University College of Islamabad. She changed the spelling of her family name from "Hussain" to "Hocane" in 7th grade class to give it a unique spelling. She has also appeared in fashion shows for numerous designers.
